Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must not show excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage.

Returns may be requested for reasons including, but not limited to:

Non-Returnable Situations

Exchanges

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

• Eligible returns include a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.
• Returns must be shipped using the authorized return method provided by our support team.
• We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns to help ensure successful delivery.

Refund Processing

• Returned items are inspected after delivery to our return facility.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Depending on your financial institution, additional bank processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
