How you can pay

Mayaloading uses PayPal as its only payment processor. Through PayPal you can pay with:

• Your PayPal balance;
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account;
• A Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card using PayPal's guest checkout. No PayPal account is required.

Currency, taxes and shipping

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your payment. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.

Payment security

Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection, and payments are completed on PayPal's secure checkout. We do not store your full card details.

When your order is processed

We start processing an order only after your payment has been confirmed. Some payments may go through an additional verification step before they are confirmed.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers and our store, we may cancel, hold or decline any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious, and we may ask for additional verification before an order is processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing and conditions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If your payment does not go through

• Double-check your billing details, card number, expiry date and security code.
• Make sure your payment method is active and has enough available funds.
• Contact your bank or card issuer, as they sometimes block online payments as a precaution.
• Still stuck? Email us at [email protected] and we will help you get past this boss fight.
