Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States; Mayaloading sells and ships to US addresses only.

What can be returned

To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed (yes, even if the hoodie was really comfy on the couch for one quick session);
• In their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached.

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Approval comes first

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items shipped to us without an approved return request may be refused.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Receive your instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back using that label. Keep your drop-off receipt.
5. We receive and inspect the returned items.
6. We issue your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label, so you do not pay to send it back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you.

If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need extra time before the credit appears.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
• You will get an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, capacity or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

What we do not offer

To keep things simple and transparent: we do not issue store credit, we do not offer product warranties, and we do not charge cancellation fees or require deposits.
